Enable Accent-Insensitive Search

By default, all searches in the web client are insensitive to accents. A search for the term "role" will also return the result "rôle". In order to change this setting:

• Edit the configuration file adoxx.conf in the folder "<ADOIT installation>/conf".

Adapt the following parameter:

• ADOXX_ACCENT_INSENSITIVE

  Add the leading character # to this line to enable accent-sensitive search.

The ADOIT application server has to be restarted if these settings are changed. Otherwise the changes will not become effective.
