Favourites in ADONIS NP

Favourites are a great way to save models and objects that you want to access quickly in ADONIS NP.

Add to Favourites​

To add a model or object to your favourites:

  • Right-click the model or object, and then click Add to favourites or:

  • Click the Add to favourites button at the top of the Notebook or in the model header.

Here are some tips for using favourites:

How to Find your Favourites

  • The Favourites folder in the Explorer contains all your favourite models and objects.

  • The favourites are also easily recognizable in the other folders in the Explorer: They are marked by a star icon in the Explorer.

  • In addition, your favourites are shown on the "Design & Document" start page and on the "Read & Explore" start page.

Favourites and Release Workflows

  • When a release workflow is in use, favourites are automatically updated to use the latest released version of a model or object.
Example

You have added a Process (version number "1.00") to your favourites. A new version of this Process is released. The new object (version number "2.00") will be marked as a favourite instead of the archived predecessor version.

Remove from Favourites​

To remove a model or object from your favourites:

  • Right-click the model or object, and then click Remove from favourites or:

  • Click the Remove from favourites button at the top of the Notebook or in the model header.
