Features in ADOGRC 15.1 LTS

Introducing ADOGRC 15.1 LTS, the latest Long-Term Support release of our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) suite.

Building on its strong foundation in Internal Control (ICS), Risk Management (RM), and Compliance Management, ADOGRC continues to evolve as an integrated platform for managing all aspects of governance, risk, and compliance in one place.

New Features for Administrators​

This update brings breaking changes when updating ADOGRC from a previous version: Customers already had the option to define their own database user for the Application Server to strengthen security. This is no longer optional but enforced for all deployments. All customers will now need to define a database user and password and provide this in encrypted form during installation or upgrade. You can find details in the respective section of the Installation Manual and the Upgrade Guide.

Operations Tool​

The Operations Tool is a web application that provides access to important operations for administering ADOGRC without direct access to the application server or database server. You can either launch it directly from the ADOGRC Administration in maintenance mode, or it will start automatically if the database is not initialised or an environment variable in the deployment configuration is set.

Maintenance mode includes operations for encrypting credentials, resetting or re-enabling the Admin super user, importing or exporting large migration packages or repositories, script execution, exporting the active application library, and upgrading the product. A separate mode supports initialising an empty database.

Business Timezone​

Companies with operations in different time zones can now define a Business Timezone. This sets the standard for all timezone relevant settings and calculations. For details, please see the relevant section in the Administration Help.
