Review submissions
In case approval is required, Forms Reviewers can see an overview of submitted forms and approve or reject them.
The approval feature is available for ADOIT version 18.0 or newer.
You need to have user permissions to be able to open the approval component of ADOIT Forms.
Review a single proposal
Select a proposal and review values submitted in a form.
It can be rejected (in that case submitted values are lost) or approved. Once it is approved, a new object is created in the repository and a success message is displayed. Note, that values can be modified before approval.
Data can be modified and directly approved or changes can be saved and approved (or rejected) at another time.
On both rejection and approval, an email is sent to the submitter of the proposal.

Select an update form and review values submitted.
It can be rejected (in that case submitted values are lost) or approved. Once it is approved, the changes are applied to the object in the repository and a success message is displayed. Note, that values can be modified before approval.
