Model List
The Model List macro of the ADONIS Process Manager / ADOIT Enterprise Architect for Confluence enables you to show a list of ADONIS / ADOIT models of selected model groups in Confluence.
With the Model List macro you can:
- Display ADONIS / ADOIT models of selected model groups in Confluence as a tabular list
- Search the tabular model list
- Sort the tabular list by name or by a specific column
- Get a quick look at a selected model with an integrated interactive model preview
- Navigate in the model preview with zoom and drag and drop
- Access a selected model in ADONIS / ADOIT from your Model List macro in Confluence
How to use the Model List macro
Configure macro
While editing a Confluence page, press Ctrl + Shift + A to open the macro selection dialogue. Search for the ADONIS / ADOIT Model List macro and click on it.
A configuration dialogue opens. Here you can select the model groups to be listed and configure your macro.
Select the repository where you want to display models from and select or search for one or more model groups in the explorer view that you want to include in the list.
In the macro "Configuration" on the right, you can enter a title that describes the tabular model list's content, which will be shown above your Model List macro.
When you are done configuring your model list, click "Finish". In case you want to change the configuration later, it can be adjusted at any time while editing your Confluence page.
View options
The Model List macro displays the models of your selected model groups as a tabular list.
To sort the displayed models by name, click the "Sort by name" button.
To sort the displayed models by column header, click on a specific column header.
To manually refresh the data in your list (the selected model groups), click the "Refresh" button on the right above your model list.
To filter your list or find a specific model, enter a search term in the search field.
Each model listed in the tabular model list can be previewed and opened in ADONIS / ADOIT.
To open a model in ADONIS / ADOIT, click its "Show in ADONIS / ADOIT" button in the "Link" column of the table row.
To open an interactive model image preview of a model, click its "Preview" button in the "Preview" column of the table row.
The model preview automatically zooms in when you click on the image. You can navigate inside the preview with drag and drop.
