Usage terms

ADONIS Process Drafter is a microservice hosted in the AWS Cloud (eu-central-1), independent of whether ADONIS is deployed as a SaaS solution or on-premise.

License / Right to Use

ADONIS Process Drafter is available for all ADONIS accounts from version 17.0 or higher, in the ADONIS Enterprise Edition. It is not available for Starter, Community, or Academic editions.

Except as expressly stated herein, ADONIS Process Drafter is provided "as-is" without any warranty. The BOC Group does not guarantee that ADONIS Process Drafter will meet the Client’s needs, be error-free, or provide uninterrupted access.

The BOC Group reserves the right to discontinue or suspend ADONIS Process Drafter at any time.

Privacy and Data Usage

The Client retains all rights, title, and interest in and to all uploaded data (Client Data) and all intellectual property rights therein. The BOC Group may use Client Data solely to provide ADONIS Process Drafter to the Client.

The Client shall (1) be solely responsible for all Client Data, including its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, legality, and appropriateness; (2) obtain and maintain any necessary consents or permissions required by applicable law to use the Client Data; (3) ensure that Client Data does not infringe on third-party rights and is not obscene, defamatory, offensive, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.

Data derived from or compiled through the use of ADONIS Process Drafter, such as statistics, performance metrics or related telemetric data, each anonymized, will be owned by the BOC Group and may be used to monitoring and improving service performance, identifying technical issues, enhancing user experience or for any other lawful purpose.

Since ADONIS Process Drafter is a microservice deployed within the AWS Cloud (eu-central-1), regardless of the Client’s selected deployment option for ADONIS, Amazon Web Services EMEA Sàrl, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, is hereby added as a sub-processor under the existing Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between the parties.

After enabling ADONIS Process Drafter, the following data may be processed and stored in the AWS Cloud:

  • ADONIS user (name, UUID)
  • UUID of the ADONIS database
  • UUID of the ADONIS repository
  • UUIDs of lookup data (for example roles, applications, etc.)
  • UUIDs of submitted process drafts
  • All input data created through the use of ADONIS Process Drafter
  • Application usage data (log files)
