Accessibility in ADONIS
The following accessibility features make it easier for people with disabilities to work with ADONIS:
You can use a screen reader to read what is displayed on the screen. Alternative texts explain the purpose of buttons and links.
Graphics have been designed to conform to the WCAG 2.0 AAA standard. Good legibility is ensured for users with low vision by providing strong contrasts between text and background where needed.
Accessibility mode allows users with impairments to more effectively use ADONIS.
You can navigate through the application and interact with items using the keyboard.
Additionally, in the online help, you can choose between light and dark mode to help you more easily read text.
Accessibility Mode
Accessibility mode allows users with impairments to more effectively use ADONIS. When this mode is enabled, the following happens:
Focus indicators are applied to interactive elements, providing keyboard-only users with a clear visual cue to identify the currently focused element.
The textual view becomes the default model editor. All model types without a textual view configuration will open in the tabular editor.
To enable accessibility mode:
- Click the user symbol in the upper-right corner, and then click Accessibility Mode.
